I know it's unlikely anyone reads this, but I'd like to just reflect on how long it's been since I updated this (since sept 2007) and how different yet similar things are now compared to then.

In Sepember 2007, I was

Watching: Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip
Playing: Team Fortress 2
Eating: Ramen that I DIDN'T ORDER.
Drinking: Asahi Beer

Now, my affair with Hellogoodbye has ended and we are now just friends. I listen every now and then.
I never finished Consider Pheblas, and it was the last hard sci-fi novel I've read. Since then I've read a lot more comedy and contemporary fiction.
Studio 60 was cancelled, sadly. But I have found many great shows to replace it.
I'm still playing TF2 every now and then, I can't believe it's as old as that.
I'm not eating Ramen that much, I'm more adventurous these days.
I'm not drinking Asahi anymore, but I'm suddenly in the mood for a nice cold one.

A lot of things have happened to me in the time since Sept 2007. I've learned a lot about myself; I've learned a lot about software engineering, I've learned a lot about making music and I've made a lot of music.

I've learned a lot about human interaction, too, and I'm more confident. I've made a lot of friends, and I've drifted away from some, and then made them again. It's been up and down, but it's pretty up at the moment. I look back and I feel like I was very different then but fundamentally I wasn't. I wear slightly different clothes though. I wore a light gray hoodie back then, now it's a dark grey striped hoodie.
